Pimpama has grown extremely quickly, and most of its housing is recent. Automated sectional doors installed as part of the build are the norm, and many are still on their original opener and original springs.
The enquiries that come from newer estates tend to be about behaviour rather than breakage: a door that reverses before closing, a limit that leaves a gap at the floor, safety beams knocked or dusty, a remote that has stopped pairing. These are setup and adjustment matters more often than failed parts.
It is worth being explicit that this is enquiry context, not a diagnosis. A recently built house can still have a genuinely faulty component, and some Pimpama properties are considerably older than the estates around them.
This describes patterns in enquiries from the area. It is not a claim about your
particular property, and it is not a diagnosis.
